What is your cancellation policy?

If cancelled after 3pm EST within seven days of arrival, no refund will be issued.Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm EST 21 days in advance of the check-in date to avoid a penalty of one night or 50% of the stay (whichever is greater plus tax).

If cancelled outside of the 21-day policy, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Due to our small size, cancellations greatly affect us. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A $95 cancellation fee applies to all reservation cancellations.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. We offer guests complimentary luggage storage.

If you plan to check in after 8pm, please contact the hotel prior to confirming your reservation.

Do you allow pets?

While we love all furry friends, we do not accept pets to respect those with allergies. This also applies to emotional support animals.

Where is 1313 West located?

1313 West – Luxury Boutique Hotel is located at 1313 West Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. The hotel is set in the charming Germantown-Homewood neighborhood, and it is a 15-minute walk from some of the best local restaurants along West Street. The hotel is located less than one mile from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, which is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the hotel.

Is parking available?

Yes, 1313 West – Luxury Boutique Hotel offers three on-site parking spots –  two of which are equipped with Tesla Universal Chargers that support not only Tesla vehicles, but also electric vehicles that are equipped with J1772 charging requirements. Street parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is widely available and there is no charge for parking on the street.

Do you provide rollaway beds or sleeper sofa?

We do not. All guest accommodations have a maximum occupancy of two guests, with the exception of the Secretariat Suite and the American Pharaoh Suite.

What is the nearest airport to the hotel?

The nearest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, which is 24 mi. From the hotel. Other options include Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (35 mi.) and Dulles International Airport (58 mi.)
